From under the hood, the position of the cables must be adjusted so that all speeds are switched on smoothly, and most importantly - symmetrically relative to the neutral speed in both directions (set the central position with the adjustment).
In addition to the cables, the rear limiter mechanism needs to be adjusted. When the first speed is turned on, the lever of the mechanism should touch the bushing under the lower hinged head.
Thus, to turn on the rear, you need to press the spring-loaded lever.
