1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

2. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once we receive your request, we will send you an email with further instructions for returning the item.
  3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the
    return is due to an error on our part
    (e.g., receiving a defective or
    incorrect item). We are using a trackable shipping service and
    purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your returned item arrives
    safely.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the
    eligibility criteria, we will process your return and issue a refund or
    exchange within 7-10 business days
    .

3. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
