1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

2. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

- Once we receive your request, we will send you an email with further instructions for returning the item.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the
return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving a defective or
incorrect item). We are using a trackable shipping service and
purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your returned item arrives
safely. - Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the
eligibility criteria, we will process your return and issue a refund or
exchange within 7-10 business days.
3. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance with your return
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us as soon as possible to confirm availability. Exchanges will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
