The steel reinforcement plates can also be incorporated into the repair of existing damage, provided any cracks or weakened metal are properly inspected and repaired before the plates are welded into place.

Installation Information:

Welding is required for all reinforcement plates. This is not a bolt-on kit.

Before installation, the rear subframe mounting points and surrounding chassis metal should be inspected for cracks, corrosion, deformation and previous repairs.

Any existing structural damage must be properly repaired before reinforcement plates are installed. Welding plates over unrepaired cracks or severely weakened metal is not an adequate structural repair.

Professional installation by an experienced automotive fabricator or qualified welder is strongly recommended.
