BMW E36 COMPACT Rear Sill End & Subframe Mount Reinforcement

Heavy-duty weld-in reinforcement plates designed for BMW E36 Compact models. This repair solution is engineered to restore and strengthen the rear sill pocket area and rear beam/subframe mounting section, which commonly suffer from corrosion and structural fatigue after years of use.

These reinforcements are intended to repair weakened rear sill ends and mounting points, restoring structural integrity to the chassis. When properly welded and corrosion protected, the repair will provide long-term durability for decades.

If a smaller repair area is required, the reinforcement can be trimmed accordingly. Due to age and varying levels of corrosion between vehicles, minor individual fitment adjustments may be necessary.

Installation requires welding.

Manufactured from high-strength structural steel with a thickness of 3mm, the plates provide superior strength compared to original factory metal. Each component is precision laser cut and CNC bent to improve rigidity and ensure accurate shaping.
